This mook jong is designed and built personally by Sifu Lamar M. Davis II for Hardcore Jeet Kune Do practitioners. Instead of the traditional three arm configuration, this mook jong has only two arms, one high, one at mid level. The arms are spring loaded. The leg is of heavy duty wooden construction. The trunk is PVC, making it very light, yet extremely hard and virtually indestructible. The trunk is metallic gray in color, the leg is solid black, and arms can be ordered in either black or metallic gray.

The mook jong shown in the photos is temporarily mounted for photo purposes. You are purchasing the mook jong only. There are 1 1/8" diameter holes bored high and low on either side of the trunk for mounting purposes. How you mount the dummy is up to you!
