JUN FAN FIGHTING ARTS ASSOCIATION
The Jun Fan Fighting Arts Association is the Jeet Kune Do organization founded by Sifu Lamar M. Davis II. This is the governing body for Instructors of his approach to Bruce Lee’s Fighting Methods known as Hardcore Jeet Kune Do. The organization has members worldwide and is recognized as a legitimate source for the learning of Bruce Lee’s authentic martial arts methods.
PURPOSE & GOALS
The purpose of the Jun Fan Fighting Arts Association is the preservation, promotion and perpetuation of Bruce Lee’s original teaching, training and fighting methods. There are other groups who have changed or added to what Bruce Lee originally taught, sometimes going against the very foundation principles and guidelines set forth by Bruce Lee himself. Some groups teach only what was taught during a certain period of Bruce Lee’s developmental process. Our primary goal is the preservation of the entire Jeet Kune Do process as developed by Bruce Lee, which includes the Wing Chun Gung Fu foundation, Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do. Our curriculum consists of techniques and principles from all three of Bruce Lee’s major schools in the United States (Seattle, Oakland and Los Angeles). From the JFFAA, you learn the entire evolution of Bruce Lee’s art of Scientific Streetfighting. Our goal is the development of extremely well qualified Instructors of Jeet Kune Do worldwide, spreading the TRUTH of what Jeet Kune Do is all about and keeping the art alive for future generations!

As a member of the Jun Fan Fighting Arts Association, you will have access to our unique and extremely complete Instructor’s training curriculum, as well as the student rank program. You will also receive advanced notice of any events or special training opportunities that are sometimes available for members only! You will get discounts on special offers that we have from time to time, and access to offers that others will never get! You will also receive a membership certificate and membership card. Once you are a member, if you choose to train towards becoming a Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Instructor, you will have access to order DVDs at a discounted rate and you may also order the Official Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Instructor’s Manual.
HOW TO JOIN
You must apply for membership to the Jun Fan Fighting Arts Association. To get your application process started, contact Sifu Lamar M. Davis II by email. Your email should be titled, “I Want To Join JFFAA”. You will give the following information in the body of the email:

Next, please answer these questions in great detail, by the numbers:
- Why do you want to become a member of the JFFAA?
- What do you feel that you can contribute to this organization?
- Are you willing to train hard and be dedicated to the JFFAA?
- Do you agree to obey all rules and regulations presented to you if you are accepted for membership?
- Are you currently ranked as any level of Instructor in Jeet Kune Do, and if so, what level and by whom are you certified?
- We promote a wholesome, family-based atmosphere for training (no offensive language or crude behavior). Are you agreeable to that sort of training environment?
- Becoming a member of this organization will require a certain amount of financial commitment. Are you prepared for that?

Once you have been approved for membership you will send payment for first year’s membership. Membership cost varies from $50.00 per Year to $100.00 per Year, payable each year in the month that you originally joined, in order to renew and maintain your membership. You will receive a certificate of membership, membership card and information about current offers and coming events. At this point you can order the Official JFFAA Instructor’s Training Manual, which outlines the material necessary to work towards becoming a Full Instructor of Hardcore Jeet Kune Do. You will also be given access to the Private JFFAA Facebook page. Although anyone seriously interested in learning Hardcore Jeet Kune Do can apply for membership, this is predominantly an Instructor’s Organization. Please keep this in mind when making your decision as to whether or not you wish to apply for membership.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
As a member of the Jun Fan Fighting Arts Association, you will be required to obey all rules and regulations of the organization. You will be required to participate in at least one training camp per year, and sponsor at least one seminar per year at your location for Sifu Davis. If you are already an Instructor of another method and have your own school or training location, you may continue to teach the art that you currently teach, but you must agree not to mix Hardcore Jeet Kune Do with any other martial arts system. They are to be kept separate. Your dedication to Sifu Davis and the organization will be expected, and please be aware that any violation of rules and regulations can result in termination of your membership!
